Testimonials

“Spent the loveliest two hours here doing an introduction to yoga. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Sian is wonderful, so welcoming and knowledgeable. Lovely relaxing space that feels very inviting. Go give it a try. You’ll love it. I will definitely be going back.”

“I love my yoga practice with Sian. The studio has such a warming cosy feel to it and her style of teaching is wonderful. There is no pressure to tangle yourself up in poses that your body just can’t do! Her mantra of ‘your body, your practice’ allows me to give things a go but know it’s ok to adjust to suit me.”
Simmi H

“I’ve been attending Sian’s classes for over four years, starting with no experience. The studio is friendly, cosy and comfortable and Sian’s approach is to welcome all abilities and encourage you to take the class at the pace and skill level you feel comfortable with. I’ve certainly noticed that my fitness and well being are greatly improved. If new to yoga, or experienced, I thoroughly recommend it.”

  • Thank you for being there this year. Thank you for being a regular face, or a casual dip in and outer - your presence is, quite frankly, everything.

For the words of kindness you’ve shared about your class or event and the consideration you’ve shown others - shifting your mat when one or two, or four more turn up than expected 😬

Thank you for telling your friends about us. Thank you for being patient when we don’t know our left from our right or just have plain forgotten the flow. Thank you for telling us when you’ve loved a poem or a particular way we teach.

Thank you for sometimes having to wait in the cold and rain while we switch classes.

Thank you for the attempts at blanket folding 😂.

A few offerings left to see out December so if we don’t see you we want to wish you health, peace and love.

See you in 2026. THANK YOU X
  • Final two places for yin yoga this evening 7:30pm with all profits to Helping Hands Community project.

Yin yoga is a floor based practice where we hold stretches. There is a mild to moderate load on the muscle - enough to gently stress the connective tissues without creating too much strain. We stretch but we soften.

The stillness is just the thing for the approaching winter solstice allowing us to acknowledge the quiet and darkness. And it can be a wonderful internal ‘dance’ between effort and ease, that draws us inward. It can become very meditative so we can find that inner light.

It £15 for 1h and 15 mins. With profits to charity. https://bookwhen.com/siangulliveryoga#focus=ev-skf5q-20251218193000
