Leamington Half on Sunday which means some morning road closures, with this in mind there is no class this Sunday with Steph. Back next week as usual. ⁠

Thanks to everyone who joined the special breathwork and meditation class yesterday. Will add some more of those to the schedule for sure 🤩.

More summer specials coming up with a back bending workshop with Melissa and a restorative yoga class for those looking to let the body and mind find peace, stillness and rest. Ask for details.

Found out today we didn’t win the Muddy Stilettos award, but even so we’re very happy to have made the finals. Congratulations to the winner-
@clairebradleyyoga 🎉🤩🤸‍♂️

Sorta still feel like winners after all the support from our lovely students and friends of the studio. So thank you everyone for your votes, from all of us x x

Celebrating International Day of Yoga today! At 6pm there is a special breath work, relaxation and meditation session to mark the day, followed by Vinyasa at 7:15pm with Melissa. Regulars please notice this time change.⁠

International Day of Yoga started as a United Nations initiative to recognise Yoga in helping both physical and mental well-being. This year's them is “yoga for humanity” - in recognition of its potential to support and enrich our lives.⁠

Tomorrow please note a slight adjustment to the evening classes….

6-7pm celebrating International day of Yoga with @siangulliveryoga there is a special Pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation session - which means @melissainglesyoga class is slightly later at 7:15pm this week only.

See you on the mat - PM for booking enquires. Limited space left!
